Website Design Process Frequently Asked Questions

I  prefer working with small to medium-sized businesses where a more personal, customer-focused approach is appreciated. Building a strong working relationship with the business owner or manager allows the project to develop naturally and creatively. This close collaboration helps us design a website that truly reflects the brand’s personality, ensuring the final product has the right look, feel, and impact.

All website design is handled in-house. If additional work is needed beyond the scope of the project, we will help guide you toward the right solution. The only time we have made referrals is for more advanced SEO needs — we include basic SEO for all clients during the website build, and it has consistently delivered great results!

I’m frequently brought in to redesign outdated websites—and for a good reason. A fresh, modern site doesn’t just improve your brand’s appearance; it also boosts user experience and search engine visibility. Google favors sites that are regularly updated and offer current, relevant content.

I’ve also stepped in when web projects have gone off-track. If you’ve had a rough experience with a previous developer or ended up with a site that doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re not alone. I’ve successfully taken over many such projects, fixing issues, rebuilding where needed, and delivering results clients are proud of.

Once the project is completed and full payment is received, the website — including all images, content, and design — is entirely yours.
There are no ongoing or hidden fees.
Monthly charges will only apply if you opt for continued maintenance or additional services.

As a business owner, your time is valuable — and often in short supply. While I offer to teach every client how to maintain their own website, many entrepreneurs quickly realize that keeping things updated, secure, and running smoothly is a task that falls to the bottom of a never-ending to-do list.

That’s where my Website Maintenance Plans come in.

Your website is one of your most important business assets — and like any asset, it needs regular care to stay secure, functional, and effective. Outdated plugins, broken links, and unpatched software aren’t just annoyances — they’re invitations for hacks, data loss, and performance issues.

Let me take that burden off your plate.

With a maintenance plan, you’ll get:

  • Regular updates to your website software, themes, and plugins

  • Security checks and malware protection

  • Backups and recovery options in case of emergency

  • Uptime monitoring and performance optimization

  • Priority support when you need changes or fixes

Stay focused on growing your business — I’ll keep your website running like it should.

Absolutely!  All of our websites are optimized to fully function on all mobile devices. It is so important these days to be mobile responsive.
